GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION

**AT THIS TIME ORDER TIMES ARE QUOTED AT A MINIMUM OF ONE MONTH. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. (Please note we are experiencing an extremely high demand and working to get the orders out to you . Orders times will be down before summer ) . Order times are often shorter however during major sales wait times can be higher 

*If your making larger orders, wait times are longer. Please remember Smooch is handmade "Bespoke" to order

Smooch swimwear is proudly handmade in house and is not manufactured, therefor wait times are a little longer. 
*Note: Custom orders are quoted at 6 weeks. Please note this is an estimate

Any Rush orders (out within the week, next day, or two day rush's) are an additional 19.99$ per regular item, and 29.99$ per custom item) Plus any rush shipping costs.

*Any CUSTOM requests must be put in BEFORE the order has been made as there are extra charges that will apply.

*Please note when ordering One of a kind customs , suits may differ slightly as these are custom bikinis 

*IF YOU HAVE A RUSH ORDER THAT IS DELAYED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY THIS IS NOT AT THE FAULT OF SMOOCH SWIMWEAR, GIVEN PROOF OF TRACKING IS PROVIDED . THIS INCLUDES DELAYS OR HOLD UPS BECAUSE OF CUSTOMS OR BORDER ISSUES.

*We do not ship on holidays or weekends, this is due to shipping company ship times. Saturday rush deliveries are available for some cities 

IMPORT DUTIES AND CUSTOMS

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Your order may be subject to VAT or import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
Smooch Swimwear ships your package "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.This is standard for most online purchasing with any company. 

*YOUR ORDER IS NOT REFUNDABLE BECAUSE YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY YOUR CUSTOMS/DUTIES OR VAT CHARGES UPON DELIVERY. PLEASE BE FAMILIAR WITH THIS BEFORE ORDERING *

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 


ALL SALE ARE FINAL, there are no Refunds for any reason.  This is firm.

We will accept exchanges on regular priced items, should you need to exchange a size or style, within 7 business days of delivery of your item.

THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES ON SALE MERCHANDISE. This is firm. This includes any item purchased during a sale or with a promotional gift card or discount.

To request an exchange, please send an email to: hello@houseofsmooch.com immediately within 3 days of receiving your order. Orders must be sent back for an exchange within 7 days of delivery of your item. In this email, note your name, contact information, order number and reason for the exchange, and we will send you an exchange form that must be filled out at sent with your exchange.

IMPORTANT : When your sending back your items you must mark EXCHANGE/NO SALE on the package as Smooch is not responsible for paying any import taxes if this is not done and the package will be sent back to you.

*If there is a difference in prices for an exchange we will send you an invoice.

*Customer will be sent an invoice for any differences as well as the return shipping charge. Return shipping must be paid before your exchanged item is sent back to you.

*All swimwear should be tried on over underwear.

*Exchanges will not be accepted if items are in a condition that is not new or has been worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached.

*IMPORTANT* There will not be exchanges on items bought during a sale or used with a Promotional discount. 

*There are NO returns or exchanges on custom ordered suits. Please note this is firm and there will be no exceptions.

*We will authorize one exchange per order.

All items are carefully inspected for quality control before they are shipped to customers to ensure they are in perfect condition. In cases that an item has been returned with signs of being worn or if it does not comply with our exchange policy, no exchange or credit will be given and customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. In the event that this happens and the customer does not pay they will be blacklisted from houseofsmooch.com

If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason or If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will exchange the same item at no cost. Items must be unworn and with original tags still attached, or they will not be accepted. 

Although we do not accept returns, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will always replace or exchange your item for a new swimsuit. We understand that sometimes shopping online can be difficult and items can fit differently than expected, and we at Smooch want our customers to always end up happy and satisfied with their purchases. Do not hesitate to notify us if your unhappy, so that we can resolve the solution and get you the perfect suit that you will LOVE!

If you recieve an item that is not the SIZE or COLOR or the right item that you requested, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange the item at no cost.

*PLEASE NOTE* If you have an issue with your order, we will make an exception up to 30 days, but past that if you have no notified us, we are no longer responsible. Please make sure you notify us immediately so we can fix the problem. 

Smooch Swimwear is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen in the mail. Every customer will recieve an order number as well as tracking number when their order has been shipped out. Once the item has been shipped and the tracking number has been sent, it is no longer the responsibility of Smooch.

Please double & triple check your shipping addresses to make sure you don't miss out on your fabulous new Smooch! We wouldn't want anything to be lost in the mail!

Please allow 2 weeks for your exchange to be received and processed.
